Elber offers an innovative and highly performing solution for Radio Broadcasters: Apart from the renowned NBFM-01 microwave link, using an innovative digital signal elaboration to achieve an audio signal having total harmonic distortion of less than 0,05% and a stereo separation of more than 50 dB, Elber is developing new and alternative solutions for audio transport on digital networks.

Elber has developed a new line of equipment, called SRS, that thanks to the Software Radio technology achieves excellent performance and flexibility that is unique on the world market.

The audio input signal, provided as stereo multiplex, or as base band (0-10MHz), or as 88-108 MHz FM broadcasting channel or as IF (10.7/21.4 MHz), is digitalized and encapsulated into an ASI stream. Hence, the ASI stream can either be multiplexed to one or more DVB-T signals or transported directly using a digital television microwave radio link.

Alternatively, the digitalised analogue audio signal can be used to generate, depending on the type of input, the multiplex stereo signal, or a baseband signal, or an 88-108MHz channel - ready to be amplified and broadcasted to listeners, or an IF (10.7/21.4 MHz) to be fed to FM exciters. Elber can also develop tailor-made solutions, demonstrating the quality and competitiveness that distinguishes the Company's trademark in the world.
